Carnival, Royal, Celebrity should have some 3, 4 and 5 day trips out of Miami and/or Canaveral in this price range. Imperial Majesty has two day trips to Nassau out of Port Everglades on a really old ship.
With taxes, tips, and the new fuel surcharges you're probably going to blow your budget on any longer trip. But, I have seen deals once it gets past the cancellation without penalty date - typically beginning 70 days before sailing. You can get an idea of which ones might be in your price range and are having trouble filling up on the Vacations To Go ticker.

March is generally a more-expensive time to cruise, due to Spring break, Easter, etc. There may be some bargains out there, though, if you search around.

Here are a couple of websites that have cruises for that price and are usually for 4/5 days. It doesn't include airfare.

Sign up with these people and they will alert you constantly to the cheapest opportunities on the market. However, be warned: cruise companies are beginning to increase their prices to keep up with rising oil prices, so perhaps your target price should be readjusted. http://www.onlinevacationcenter.com/newsletter/4015.cfm
