i know masturbation is a sin, but is it a sin in your religion to enlarge the member?

Masturbation is NOT a sin. It's healthy, natural, and actually helps to prevent prostate cancer. It's not a sin to enlarge the penis, either. It's your penis. Do with it as ye will.
It is, however, a "sin" to restrain your natural instincts by irrational and arbitrary rules. Embrace your humanity, and the fact that you have a body, and a sex drive. It is a gift from (the) God(s)!!!
Edit to add -- and if you worship Priapus (look it up), enlarging your penis would be a sacrament!

From a religious point of view, I would say that yes, it is. After all, you have supposedly been created in God's image. So rejecting that part of Himself would be akin to rejecting Him.
