Well I remember a commercial years ago on television about a paper towel. It showed Mrs Noah in the ark doing some chores on the ark and water was splashing her everywhere. Then the commentator says "Poor Mrs Noah, water, water, everywhere".
Humor helps. Believe it or not the years with your kids will swiftly come to an end. And all you will have are memories.
In Exodus 18: 17-21 17 Moses' father-in-law replied, "What you are doing is not good. 18 You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone. 19 Listen now to me and I will give you some advice, and may God be with you. You must be the people's representative before God and bring their disputes to him. 20 Teach them the decrees and laws, and show them the way to live and the duties they are to perform. 21 But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain—and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens".
From that I would say unless the children are really little you have to try to get those kids to take care of themselves and have some chores. Perhaps you can challenge them to be your helpers in that way. Or else maybe you know of some friends or family or church that can help you out. Even hiring a baby sitter might help also.

Here's one:
1 Corinthians 10:14
"No temptation has taken you except what is common to men. But, God is faithful and he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but along with the temptation he will also make the way out in order for you to be able to endure it."
Another:
1 John 5:14, 15
"And this the confidence that we have toward him, that, no matter what it is that we ask according to his will, he hears us. Further if we know he hears us respecting whatever we are asking, we know we are to have the things asked since we have asked them of him."

Read Psalms they are for encouragement. Know that God loves you and if you have faith in Him He will take you through the Trial. "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil."

Here is one.
Isaiah 40:10 Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
