Tell your parents that you have school and in order for you to function right in school and to bring home good grades, you need to get a good night sleep. Tell them if you don't get enough sleep, then you don't go to school. If the school office sees that you are missing school, they will call your parents and then call the police, the police will call your home. That depends what state you are in though. OR, you can get yourself some ear plugs to not listen to the loud music. It is up to you. OR, you can talk to your parents about this problem tomorrow and tell them that it sure bothers you when they have these parties and play the loud music when you have school the next day. Let them know how you are feeling and it is not fair that they can stay up late all night partying while you need some sleep to get a "Good Education."
Also, what kind of example are your parents setting on you with having these parties twice a week? Not a good one.

If you know it is coming...
1. Stop by the hardware store and get the expanding foam safety earplugs... get them to show you how to use them properly. These things are designed to baffle down 100+ decibels. They won't help with the vibration, though.
2. Arrange to spend the night with a friend, starting in the afternoon so you won't be underfoot. Before you go, hit your parents up for some movie money... it doesn't matter whether you go to the movies or not, you just need some running money. They will probably be fairly generous just to get you out of there.
Learn to play them a little bit.

Well you actually can call the cops on them if it is after 9. Tell them to keep the music down or you will be forced to call the cops.

OMG!!!!
That really IS stupid!
Have they become the children, and you are now the parent?
Put on your PJ's, tousle your hair, and go downstairs and with a bleary look in your eye, and tell them to shut the noise down.
Shame on them!
