How do I get back at a guy? I thought he loved me. We were together for 5 months. I lost my Virginity for him then he left me. What do I do?

You don't, Zoe. You were misled, by yourself and him. Take responsibility for allowing this guy to mislead you and use you, learn from it and move forward, YOU decide if you want to give yourself away, the guys will take it, but you hold the key. Forgive yourself for your mistake and remember to hold what is left of it as a precious gift to your husband. We all make mistakes, we just can't blame others for our final decision on the matter....He left you because he was using you, he would have told you anything ! ~ you are wiser now and you have the ultimate power to say NO to the next guy who tries to use you.

Zoe, whatever you do don't try and get back at him. I know it hurts and it's wrong what he did to you. But you have to try and move on. If you let the hate build and do something drastic, I guarantee you will hold something against guys in general for the next several years.
Men can be dogs... and I bet this isn't the first dog you'll run into. Use this experience and try to learn from it. It will add to your instincts.
In the end, karma will come back and bite this guy in the butt. It always does.
I'm so sorry this happen to you. I'm sure you'll find someone who will cherish you in the near future. And whatever you do, don't hold what this guy did against them.

do nothing, be the better person, dont let him see that its bothering you, you will look better in the end. and just remember that most men are pigs, if you hold off on the sex, the next guy will respet you more if not, you know thats all he was looking for. you will find the right guy in time, dont rush things!!! if he really loves you he wont care. love hurts but its a learning process.

A guy like this was probably just after bedtime "goodies". What good is there to get back at him? He got what he wanted from you. You just need to move away from him emotionally, and heal your own life. Be careful though next time with a boy.

Ask yourself "What kind of person wants to be vindictive, vengeful? Is that the kind of person you want to be known as? If you gave him your virginity, it was your choice. People aren't always deserving of our gifts. Learn from this experience, forgive yourself, forget the guy and move on. Resentment is the poison I drink waiting for you to die.

well in the event of getting back you are just externally defining success because you feel as if you are not on the inside. yeah its going to hurt and yeah it sucks that you were used but just remember that he doesn't control what you do and that he is only hurting himself with what he is doing, you can "get back" at him but if you do so I would picture it more as consequences to actions of disrespect to you. getting back is a way of trying to put fear into someone because you want to control them with that fear which is not love and if its not love then your not going to heal from it. ive led alot of my life the way you are wanting to and in the end i was just a lonely guy that had alot of power to deal out consequences.
