I have been so stressed over different events that have been going on in my life, I have been snaping at people, and that is not the kind of person I want to be. What can I do or take that will help my stress.

Exercise can relieve stress. Do things u like can also relieve stress.

Stress can arise for a variety of reasons. Any change in our lives can be stressful. In dealing with stress, the lifestyle needs a complete overhaul. you can do nothing about stress, it is a fact of living. you can do something about how you react to stress. Suggest you might benefit from a stress management course, many mental health clinics offer them.
