It is Tagalog. Find its English first.
I couldn't open Tagalog dictionary, c if you/ anybody can.

It's a guess that may be wrong- 'fatigue'. See if that fits.

That's not a possible word in the English language. "Ng" can only occur at the END of a word in English, never at the beginning. African languages have words like that though. Also Vietnamese. Perhaps you are looking for a translation to English rather than a translation to medical jargon? I suggest you try the proper Yahoo! Answers International site for the language that you found that word in.

before we can answer that question, i think we should find out what the word 'ngimay' is. i guess it is a tagalog word which means lack of feeling or movement. well I'm not in the medical field so I can't answer the question directly but I'll try this word 'numbness'.

Are you sure this is spelled right?? it doesn't look right. I have done medical billing/coding for 8 years and I haven't seen anything spelled like that.....sorry!
