To enlighten people? To learn? To mock those who disagree?

What other sections do you visit, and are you there for the same reason that you come here?

I am Christian - I come here to learn how other people think and believe. I also want to be able to share what God has taught me with those who wish to hear. But, as I've spent time in here, I've realized that I also am able to strengthen my own faith. Many people ask good questions that I cannot answer, so it causes me to search for the truth. I get stronger in my own beliefs as I am challenged to look deeper and seek answers to the tough questions.

I also visit the tv/movies section and sports. Those are my hobbies and I find I have knowledge to share sometimes. These sections are lighter and less important, so if it gets too intense in R&S, I go elsewhere. :)

To enlighten people about my religion and those I've been involved with and to learn.

Other sections: Pets - discuss kitties
History - a subject I love to learn, discuss and teach
Music - metal-head rocker here
Sociology - various topics
Mythology - I've studied a bit and can answer some of the questions

A little bit of everything you mentioned, I suppose...but I probably lean heavily towards the mocking...

I visit Folklore & Mythology from time to time (although 99% of people there seem to be 13-year-old immature wackos), and on occasion some of the science categories: astronomy, geology maybe, earth science (I think they even have an earth science category AND a geography category...weird huh?).

Hmm, I'm on R&S because I enjoy discussing various religion based topics and seeing what others have to say about them.

I am Wiccan.

I also visit the Mythology section sometimes for the same reason.

I am here to see what others think. I believe I am agnostic. I visit just about all the sections, answer what I can and read the answers to the ones I can't answer. Its interesting to see peoples point of views.

I come on here to learn, and because I am bored. I am an agnostic. I think. I believe in God, but I don't think anyone can prove his existence.
This section can get kind of tiring though, there is so many intolerant people, of all faiths! I have even seen intolerant atheists.

I am a Pagan-Influenced Christian (a Christian Witch, of sorts).

I frequent R&S in order to learn from others and enlighten those who may be confused or ignorant of the spiritual matters that I have studied.

Brightest Blessings

I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints aka Mormon Church.

I participate on R & S primarily to help others better understand the teachings of Jesus Christ.

I also participate in the "Politics and Government" sections to promote principles of good government.

To mock those who ask questions with flawed premises.

To find the grain of truth in a fool's answer.

People don't want to be enlightened, except by themselves.
