It's called the Singing Butler. Jack Vetriano painted it in 1992.

As a couple of others have said, it's "The Singing Butler" by Jack Vettriano.
But did you know that it is one of the world's most sought after works of art and the original was sold at a Sotheby's auction for $1.3 million about 3 and a half years ago?
