Because medicine is not an exact science. The body is too complicated and each case is different so they are practicing on you.

Did you ever take the time to read the certificates on their wall in their office? It says it's a license to PRACTICE medicine. It doesn't say that they always know what they're doing. And a smart Doctor, will admit to not always knowing.

Because they' are practicing what they've learned in Dr. school on the patient.
Since each patient is different the Dr. is constantly practicing different methods of treatment on each one.

eyes - oval
noes - nasal
mouth - oral

because if they speak a different language then they get paid more .. any doctors who can't speak professional language can't get paid as much
