i have this friend(a boy) who claims that I'm his bff...the thing is that I have a crush on him and idk if he likes me like that..what r some signs that could show that he likes me. He's very different and doesn't make it obvious when he likes a girl sooo HELP!!

haha. i have the same problem. my friend colin and i have been friends since we were 5 and we are 14 and 15 now... we go to differnet schools now but we live like 5 minutes away from each other.. he tells me i am his best friend all the time and is constantally calling me and he tells me that he loves me all the time too. but i dont know if he really does. i wont go out with colin if he asks me to because im afraid things wouldnt be the same...

Usually there will be some sort of discomfort. like if you guys were sitting real close but it just kinda felt weird.....then there are some feelings. that rule applies any time there could be discomfort, perhaps a hug, or a "serious" conversation. Just try not to get your discomfort mixed up with his.
Oh yeah, a really good way of catching some answers is when you are sitting together in a public place ask him "who is the prettiest girl you see." If he even remotly likes you he'll say something about you. Unless its jokingly like "well your the sexiest girl i see" then its harder to tell.

Hey!
Well - here's the thing. There are signs to look for. One is eye contact. If he looks you in the eyes and pays attention to what you are saying - he likes you. If he's always touching you in small ways - he likes you. If he'd rather have you sitting on his lap and being in close physical contact, he likes you.
Also - does he pay attention to special days in your life? does he make it a point to do nice things for you on those days (cards, flowers, small things like a piece chocolate that he knows you like?). All of those kinds of things signal that he likes you more than just a 'good friend'.
If you touch him - deliberately - does he shy away or does he lean into it? Is his the last voice you hear at night before you go to bed? if it is - and his is the voice you often wake up to...he's into you deep and hard (and you into him).

If he makes compliments to you that could be a signs. Or it could also be the way he looks at you. But if i were you i would just ask him how does he feel about you. So that way your not really telling him that you like him.
