The inability to sleep sounds like you are not using up enough energy during the day. Perhaps more exercise more often would be the solution. Can you work out for a limited time three times a day? If you get to sleep after a workout at night the additional workout should be beneficial as well.

If I work out at night I can't sleep at all and end up awake the whole day
