You can not inter pret the verses of holy book as those are written.Yes in the Qur'an surah 22 Al Hajj verse 5 God spoke like this "Hey humans if you are doubt about resurrection day please let you know that we (God)created you from soil or dirt, then from a drop of sperm become a lump of blood and then become a clot of meat in the womb in a certain time until perfect and then give birth as a baby until grown up .Among you died young and died after very old.You know that earth is dry then we (God)drop the rain and the earth is alive and fertile with some kind of trees.,grass and vegetables.Men and women have sperms and egg cells because they eat foods and drink water come from soil or dirt.So there are still soil or dirt around us although there are many babies born..We cultivated rice and other grains and also raised cattles for our lives..The animals eat grasses and drink water which come from the soil too.Without foods and drinks all humans and cattles could not live.

God only made two people. Adam and Eve or so it says. Thats about 250 lbs. of dirt. Seems to me there should be more than enough dirt left over.

One day a group of scientists got together and decided that man had come a long way and no longer needed God. They picked one scientist to go and tell Him that they were done with Him. The scientist walked up to God and said, "God, we've decided that we no longer need you. We're to the point that we can clone people and do many miraculous things, so why don't you just go on and get lost."

God listened patiently and kindly to the man and after the scientist was done talking, God said, "Very well! How about this? Let's have a man making contest."

To which the man replied, "OK, great!"

But God added, "Now we're going to do this just like I did back in the old days with Adam."

The scientist said, "Sure, no problem" and bent down and grabbed himself a handful of dirt.

God just looked at him and said, "No, no, no. You go get your own dirt!"

No, people were NOT made from dirt. Adam was made from dust, something quite different.

You as a believer must explain that one to yourselves.

The same reason there are still trees around, even though we made tables and chairs from wood.
