The suggested unit of torque as given by the "top contributor is not an official or legal unit of measurement in any country. I suggest to use ISO units where torque is measured in Nm
(Newton-meter)
The force of the 60kg person due to gravity is 60kg * 9.81 m/s^2 = 588.6 N
Torque is 3.0m * 588.6 N = 1765.8 Nm

60 kg*3 m = 180 kg-m
