I have a male and a female. I know a male and a male would like to fight and so would a female and a female.

Could I train the new dog not to fight with the same sex as it.

No Im not getting a new dog now but one day i will and I will still have my 2 dogs.

My female is dominant and my male is submissive to her.

But they both get along and they are both obedient and spayed and neutered.

which of your dogs is the most dominant? for example, I have a male and a female.. both altered. If I were to get another, I'd opt for a (neutered) male, because my female is dominant, and my male is submissive. My female would get along best with another male.. and my submissive boy will most likely accept anything I bring home.

Let your dogs be at a 2nd meet and greet at a neuteral area. But don't let sex be a major factor. They may actually get to pick who they would like to have be part of the pack. And always spay or neuter

I brought home a mastiff girl to my lab girl, and talk about catty and jealous! It took about a month for them to become buddies. I should have gotten a male, but I think they'll be ok.

it doesn't matter what sex the dog is as long as all the dogs are well trained.
