I may think it is absurd, and still respect your right to believe what you like. The two are not mutually exclusive.

No - religion stems from a GROUP believing in something. If you can get a bunch of followers to worship your big toe ..... I might respect your beleifs.
Afterall, it's pretty impressive to convince a group of people to believe in something new anyway wouldn't you say?

I think the whole point is respecting each others ideas, sure we could call you crazy and stupid and ignorant, but what would that do? If that was truly your belief then so be it. Its not for us to decide what you should believe in or not.

Well, I can think what ever I want about your faith. I just don't act upon it. No I wouldn't respect you and your toe. There are plenty of cults that would deserve just as little respect.

Wave alternatives interior the wave alternatives the priest for sure positioned his hands under the hands of the worshiper, who grew to become into protecting to the sacrifice presented, and waved them to and fro; or the concern presented grew to become into waved through the priest himself. Lev 23:11a it style of feels that Moses as mediator of the regulation Covenant, did this for Aaron and his sons whilst consecrating them to the priesthood. Lev 8:28,29 considering the fact that Christ poured out his blood for all of mankind the regulation Covenant grew to become into fulfilled. we are no longer under the previous regulation. we've not have been given any want of monks or animal sacrifices. Jesus gave us 2 rules to stay through. Luke 10:27 Love Jehovah with each and everything you have and love your neighbor as your self. This action represented a featuring of the sacrificial issues to Jehovah. particular wave alternatives went to the monks as their element. Ex 29:27 to respond to your question: God did this to anoint them into the priesthood. And no there are no further animal sacrifices. The sacrifice we make now's coaching human beings approximately Jehovah and following Christ occasion. And doing as Jesus commissioned us and make disciples
