Ok so I wear contacts, and I had wore them for about 4 days before I took them out last night for the first time. I'm not supposed to wear these kind in overnight or anything. So when I was taking them out last night i noticed that one eye had red around it. Like next the colored part of my eye there was a red pacth on the white part and the surrounding parts looked kind of yellowish. So now I don't think it's a very good idea to put my contacts back in. I lost my glasses,So now i'm really blind. I hate not being able to see i have reallllllllly bad eyes. What can I do now???

EmaWeeE.You only get one pair of eyes and you must take care of them. You were smart not to put your contacts back in until you get your eyes checked. Have you thought of keeping a pair of reading glasses on hand for situations like this (sort of like a car with a spare tire, you never want to use it but it's there if needed)If you can't see your eye doctor maybe you could go to the E.R. so they can check out what the problem is.You don't want to play around with this.It may be something minor but then again maybe not.I think of my eyes as the window to my world and so should you.Take care of this as soon as possible.Take care.

You need to see your eye doctor asap. You have the nasty eye infection many contact wearers have had due to using a certain contact solution. Tell the doctor the truth. You might not be able to wear contacts for a while.

I wore Contacts for years. I followed the institutions m doctor gave me when she first scripted them. She told me if they ever became uncomfortable for me, to let her know, and she would put me back in glasses. This happened to me about Eight years ago.

Yikes, contact your eye doctor, ASAP, as you already mentioned, you aren't suppose to keep them overnight at all, you might have some sort of eye infection... or go to walmart and look for temporary substitutes, till you get help...
