Eve and Cain? or Eve and Abel?
Adam and Cain? If Cain's name were Steve, instead of Cain....would Christians still use that "Adam and Steve" bit?

After Adam/Eve then I guess. It would have been Cain since he killed Abel. But the Bible doesn't say.

Yes, even if Cain's name was 'Steve', christians would still use that "Adam and Steve" bit because it would still be referring to two men having sex.
I can't believe I wasted one of my questions answering this . . . .

Read that section/chapter again and you will find after that incident of the FALL OF MAN n you will read that Adam and Eve had more children after Cain and Able . . .
