If you've already been turned down twice, it's time to hire a lawyer to represent you when you go see the judge. The lawyers know the law. Almost always a lawyer will charge a fee only if they win your case for you. Their fee is worth it and there is a law set by SS that puts a limit on how high their fee can be.

You've got to find someone with some leverage that is in the position to help you. I have breast cancer and filed for disability and was approved, but I'm not old enough to get Medicare, so i have to wait 24 months to get any medical help. Did not qualify for SSI. My family Dr. had some pull to help me get approved quickly. I cant understand why we have such a hard time getting disability, especially when we have worked all our lives and never got any help before. Then when you need help they wont help those that need it most. To me the system is screwed up! Hope you get approved this time. Go see you family doctor and see if they can help you get approved. Its worth a shot. Good Luck!

I doubt it. Having a colostomy and needing to bathroom more often does not make you unable to work. If you really plan on getting disability I hope you have other health issues. Also, you are so close to retirement age...
