Welcome to America! (:
Just kidding, organic foods are out there- your just not looking at the right places. Organic food is more expensive..so your going to shop at different places than just your average grocery store.
To get the freshest, organic produce- try shopping at your local FARMERS MARKET. YUM! Or you can go the expensive-timely route, and buy directly from the farmers. You can try going to major health food chains- such as SMOOTHIE KING. Which i def reccommend- i work there (:

Here are tips for cheaply buying organic foods:

The produce aisle is full of low-fat, low-calorie organic foods. They are called fruits and vegetables.

Here's a tip: shop the periphery of the store, not the aisles, as much as possible. There will be less processed food there.

If you live in California, you can order from OrganicExpress.com and they will deliver your custom selection of fruits and/or veggies and/or other products made from organic products right to your door every two weeks for only $29. Great convenience for working people.

I think it's mostly because natural food contains calories and fat. With organics, they can't use chemical alternatives. When you reduce sugar or fat, you need to compensate for lost flavor with something else, like artificial flavor.

You could use alternatives (make your own dressings, for example, and use pureed fruit instead of syrup) or just don't use as much. I find that I use a lot less topping (dressing especially) if I put it on the side and dunk my fork before each bite.

You can they are called vegetables. You can make your own sauces, dressing and syrups with methods like poaching making stock and using a lot of herbs and ingredients that are full of flavor like onions and garlic. Roasting or browning veggies really brings out the flavor. Try poaching pears or apples & pureeing them in their poaching liquid and adding a little oil & vinegar for a salad dressing or using the puree ( you could add berries to the puree for different flavors) without the vinegar for a topping for pancakes , yogurt or in muffins instaed of oil etc.

in fact, vegans do no longer concern too plenty approximately energy because of the fact that's a intense fiber weight-alleviation plan. circumvent saturated fat and sugar because of the fact sugar turns to fat on your liver so verify labels. circumvent processed nutrients, learn how to bake your guy or woman bread or purchase sprouted grain bread. Make your guy or woman soups and salad dressing that way you be responsive to precisely what you're eating.
