Not if they have a severe mental disorder. There was a girl at my old school who had mental problems, but she was one of the nicest people you would have ever met. Then, she stopped taking her medicine for one reason or another and after a while, her parents found her hanging from her ceiling. I don't think she of all people would have gone to hell.

No,they don't go to hell. Christ is the saviour of ALL men. A burning torturous hell,is a babylonian lie,and mythology. God will save ALL. If there was really a burning hell where God tortures lost souls forever,He would not only be a cruel God,worse than an earthly parent, but the mission of Christ to save ALL mankind would be a failure. People will be judged,but the judgement of God is always for the improvment of the person,even if that judgment is deah. For Christ can deal with the dead,as well as He can the living. If you want some more information on the subject I would suggest getting the book counterfiet christianity,by E Raymond Capt,that will give you the history and background as to where these evil lies first started.

No, since mitigating circumstances such as metal illness can play a role in the judgement process. Suicide is not the unpardonable sin. The unpardonable sin is final despair. It is understood that if a person repents just the very last second before death, they can be saved even in the case of suicide. Only God can be the judge.

Thou shalt not kill applies to the self as much as another person.
People who take their own lives should not be looked at or thought of as someone who is going straight to hell. They will have been battling demons all their life, of which no one else may know about. They knew of no other way to end their suffering other than to end their life, when in reality, they may not have really wanted to die, as much as they wished they could just stop living. As far as to what is fair ir unfair, luckily it is not the position of you, nor I, nor anyone else to judge, it is up to The Lord. I believe that no one goes to hell, unless they happen to be some vile dictator or a child molester or rapist, etc. I think someone who ends their life should seek all the help they can to straighten out their lives and defeat the demons who torment them, I think that no one should suffer needlessly, my heart goes out to those in pain, but, no, I do not think that those people will go to hell. They are resting and no longer hurting. God cradle them in His arms for all times in gentle and peaceful slumber.

I don't believe that anyone who is in the depths of despair, and not thinking rationally, who commits suicide will go to hell for that reason.
The only thing that will send someone to hell is to reject the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. If they never accepted Jesus before they died by suicide, then they would go to hell.

I believe that if one was a believer in Yeshua (Jesus) beforehand they have a good chance of making it. I'm sure there are exceptions but I don't believe most people are in their right mind when they take their own life and if that is the case I don't believe G-d will hold them responsible for that decision.

they don't go to hell for there is no place,
they have the same state of mind they did when they could not face their life and have to be reborn again to do it right. So they are in their own mind and that may just be hell

If they are Believers, I don't believe that they do, based on:
Romans 8:35-39 (New International Version)
35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written:
"For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."[a] 37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

i think it depends on the circumstance (mental illness and such), but i believe they get recycled into another life, but who wants to do this, the next life would probably be more challenging with all the karma...
