I tend to believe in equality for women but at the same time equal responsibility. I know many women who complain about women not getting paid the same as men, not being promoted the same as men, yet almost all of them would rather marry a woman so they wont have to work as hard in getting a degree or finding and working in a job industry. I think equality should be all across the board. Women have fought and won alot of equal rights than they never had before so now they should step up to the table.

Dear Brandon:

Yes! I expect women to work as much
as me in the work-force!

But Do they? NO !!

(I personally have NOT Missed ONE Day
of work in 7 1/2 years!)

Many female co-workers constantly
call in "sick". Their attendance records
STINK! Who has to pick up the slack?
The Co-Worker Men do!

Then countless women have babies!
They take the Legal Leave to the MAX!
Again~ who has to cover for them? Men!

Women wish for "equal" pay?
Well, how about working your hours?

I was talking to a HR (Human Resources)
Rep! She stated that if she had the
choice of hiring a Male Or a Female
with the same experience ...............
she would hire the MALE! Less Drama~
& a better attendance record is much
more CERTAIN!

American Women constantly complain,
about life NOT being "fair" & equal!
They should try living in Saudi Arabia,
Japan, Mexico, China or many other
places! Life in the USA is HEAVEN~
as far as "Rights" & priveleges for females.

These are PROVEN FACTS~

I believe that if we women want the same rights as men then we should expect to do just as much work as they do in the workforce.
It's not a problem for me, I believe that we're equal and that some men are stronger then women and some women are stronger then men, it just depends on the person. Therefor, work should be equal just as well.

In my house i made it pretty simple.
I pay I'd say 90% of the bills.
Alls i expect from my other half is she cover what i can't.
And if she wants fun money, she'll wanna make money beyond the 10% i need help with.
I don't really expect much.
I find i'm more comfortable in life knowing i could get by if she weren't with me.
So i like controling the bill payments.
But if i were to lose my job, i would expect her to help out if i made less at my new job.
These days, i think for a family you pretty much need two incomes, especially if you have kids.
So to me it really just comes down to needs.
So i guess the answer lies in your situation.
