Unless you are real good at removing and reinstalling, I would skirt around this job. The entire dash assembly has to be removed from the truck to replace the cover. Working at a Chrysler dealer, I have done several. And I noticed that the tan colored ones break and crack worse than the gray ones. I have a 95 dodge truck with a badly busted up dash and For my self, I prefer to use a dash cloth cover. They are not expensive ( around 30 bucks) and saves me a lot of work and expense. A new dash is $100+. And don't even think of one out of a salvage yard because it will crack in due time if it hasn't already. The only people that have had theirs changed out, were those that were still under warranty. After that, they just went and bought a dash cloth cover for the dash.

it is not a cover, it is the whole instrument panel. you would have to remove it, transfer all components, and reinstall.
