I think I’m finally over this vicious bug. So maybe karma had something to do with me staying home all last week and finally finishing this painting that I’ve put off for weeks and weeks. It has a name now. It’s called simply ‘Heritage,’

Of the five women in the painting the girl in the cap and gown is based on a photo of my daughter. The serious young woman writing is based on a photo of Anne Frank. The other women came out of my imagination. But I think I’m in love with the WWII nurse.

I can't get my head around the mix. 'Women' does not seem to cover the load.

Very curious how the last boxes will be filled.

*The nurse is very hot. Strange how the 'island girl' does nothing for me. :)
