Take your cat to the humane society they will take care of it, check for non kill shelters in your area. I know it's hard but you can't have animals if you can't afford them. Call around and see how much visits are, and try and pay for the visit if you want the cat. good luck, I am not trying to be harsh ok, just try and get the cat into a place where it will be taken care of.

Everytime I take my cats to the vet when they are sick, they always seem to give me the same thing no matter what is wrong with them. You can just go into the vets office (without the cat) and ask for a bottle of "Hi-Vite" drops. Give your cat one dose per day, and watch how quickly they improve! (This medicine is just vitamins and is not expensive). Good luck!

there is way's that you can pay for the vet let them know you can't afford to pay the vet bill straight away,as there is way's you can pay them back in part payments.don't listen to people say your kitty will die there is way's around it as vet's are understanding as they have to care for pets too so just give the vet a call and let them know you are short of money but you want your kitty to be better and they maybe able to work something out for you.Hope your kitty gets better soon

borrow $ from yer mom or a friend, make payment arrangements with a vet. Use your credit card. whatever you have to do to get your cat well if he/she is sick. when you get an animal, you commit to taking care of them. I know a cat or dog is not "the same " as having a kid, but it's still a responsibilty for someone else's life who depends on you
Good luck

Try the SPCA They might be able to help you.. But if you can not afford to get help for an animal in your care maybe you should think about not having and animal in your care. Their life is in your hands and I think it wrong of someone to take on a responsibility of a life and not be able to live it up... You might want to even think about turning it over to the SPCA if you can't afford it!! It is a living, breathing, feeling, animal if it is sick you need to make a way to get it help!

Call your local Humane Society or ASPCA and see if one of their vets can treat your kitty for a much reduced fee or free. Sometimes they'll let you make monthly payments too. They also can give you the name of a local vet that will help you without charging you too much. They don't want your kitty to be sick or to needlessly suffer so they are very willing to help you.

Contact your local animal shelter and ask if there is a blue cross organisation near to you. They may be able to suggest a local vet who will allow you to treat your cat and pay later or on installments.

I try to call the vet and tell them his symtoms, they are going to be able to have an idea of what is wrong with him. They are going to tell you to bring him to the hospital but you can tell them that you dont have the money for that and if they can help you in any way. Other option bring him to a shelter and sometimes they can help you.

Speak to your vet - very often they will come to some compromise and let you pay it off - they have the welfare of the animal at heart so they are not likely to turn you away. Vets are wonderful people.

Honey dipp: You are a cruel person!!!
Don't listen to her. Most vets have a program where you can make payments if your pet is sick. If you don't have a vet already, call around and ask. God bless you and your kitty.
