Unfortunately no. I 'm guessing you live in a small town. Small town police agencies are notorious for hiring low life, uneducated power hungry rednecks as "police officers". When they go home at night they probably beat the *****out of their wives or significant others. They are bored with life, bored with the town they live in and have nothing better to do than abuse their newfound "power" by harassing the **** out of innocent people.
My advice is move out of town. If that's not feasible then I'd say try and keep as low profile as possible. Take the backroads...etc......
Sorry but that's just something we all got to face these days.

the government of police can't do what you pick. the government can in straightforward terms enforce what's on the books. If there is not any longer something on the books that helps the government, no answer will help. rushing tickets are certainly very high priced for all worried by way of officer's time in catching the speeder. some municipalities have tried computerized structures wherein they have a digital camera and a radar gun. in case you velocity by potential of X over the fee shrink, the digital camera takes your automobile's photograph and prints velocity, date, time on the p.c.. Then a private business business enterprise (contractors) sends you a CIVIL word which you have have been given been caught rushing, right this is the info. The contractors split the positive with the municipality, which in a huge sufficient venu could be tens of hundreds of greenbacks in line with month. a lot of incentive for the contractors. the only ingredient a first-rate of police can do is desperate patrol coverage, yet there's a shortage of manpower on maximum police forces. in case you divert too many law enforcement officers to site visitors administration, you lose them from crime study. you could no longer ignore different crimes by way of fact as quickly as you do, your electorate will word this ignore and castigate you publicly.

Two choices here , Rebecca. Dump your boyfriend and get a guy who actually obeys the law. Then you won't have to come on here and complain about police harassment. Or you can just whack your boy toy upside the head and tell him to get his act together.

you have to follow thru a certain path.the first thing is to file a complaint with internal affairs.no one wants to here iad is after them.be sure you have all your facts.if you file a complaint and it is found to be unfounded you can be charged with a felony.as long as you have the facts you should be ok. get one of the very small digital recorder. have it in your pocket when this guy stops you.then you will have him on tape to back you up.

In Court they are called Testiliars and not testifiers! Ya know that they'll just make your life more miserable if you snitch them off. You get one against you and you'll have all of them against you. Let is pass and kiss their ass!

take them to court! that's police brutality son! all you have to do is get some kind of evidence that they're abusing their authority and then sue them or get them fired or something
