Bad idea the laws are so strict and you could wind up in jail for nothing. If you go to Cuba enjoy them there or in Mexico but don't tempt fate and smuggle them in it never goes well.

You can't....it's illegal. Just smoke one in the country you want to smuggle it from. Problem solved.
