Hey, I have been waiting and waiting to get the most out of the specials. Now I have to ask Would t be a better idea to wait some more or buy now?
They 80GB ps3 comes with 2 controllers, motorstorm, and 5 free blue-ray DVD’s. And now Wal-Mart is having a special for it. When you buy the 80GB ps3 for 499$ on Nov. 24 at 8:00 a.m you can get 10 free blue ray movies under 30$.

Should I go for it or should I wait until they have a special that benefits me more.

I really hate all this muti model systems now days

I think that you should just go ahead and get the 80GB PS3. I think that you've waited long enough, it's time to jump aboard the Playstation 3 and "Play Beyond".

I think that the deal that is already avaliable at Walmart is good enough. Also, the Dualshock 3 controllers will be avaliable for sale in Spring 2008. Sometime next year Sony will start packing in the Dual Shock 3 controllers most likely. But, don't wait until Sony starts packing in the Dual Shock 3 controllers, you can always buy them separately when they come out.

If what you want is heavily advertised, you most likely won't be able to buy because of the store rush after Thanksgiving. If you want a good price for the PS3 I would wait til January. But then you won't have a cool system during Christmas. If you can get your hands on 1 get it. Remember the 60GB discontinued model has more backwards compatibility then the newer 80GB model. The 40GB has none at all.

Get the one from Costco, i saw it on sale like two games, one controller for 599.99. If you want the PS3 lone, it like 569.99. And it's 80GB.

You would be better with a 60gb because a 40gb wont play Ps2 games if you have any PS2 Games and has less memory.
