Diceret, if not mispelled, is just the imperfect subjunctive of the verb dico (main meanings are I say, I tell) and then it translates "(if) he/she were saying" or "(if) he/she were telling".

Should you have posted the full sentence, possibly I could have helped you more than this.

one million. No Seat belts aren't "custom-made" passenger-restraints. Airbags suited for the automobile, exceptionally facet airbags and kid's vehicle seats that consider principal features of the kids (like weight and dimension) and exceptionally those who face the kids backwards are "custom-made." So you obviously are not able to replacement "seatbelts" for that word. You are not able to use "appears to be" both because the usual says "to be causually similar." "Seems to be" implies "would be" as a substitute than "is instantly similar" which "to be causually similar" implies. This is a giant difference within the declaration's that means. The lack of "causually similar" for "turns out" additionally alterations the declaration so it would be inspiration (through a dummy, however nonetheless...) to suggest that extra use truthfully results in extra demise, no longer much less. Just use "is instantly similar", "is", or maybe "Analysis of information indicates the demise fee is...". two. Noooo. Your re-declaration has converted the that means from "dialogues" to "agreements" that's a significant improve of what the declaration hopes for! The leisure is well, however replacement "significant talks" for "an contract" to your re-declaration. A niggling factor could be leaving "democracies" in as no longer all nations are democracies and, relying at the talks the declaration refers to, would be a giant difference to the that means of the declaration or a minimum of suggest a massive change within the scope of the talks.
