Is there memory cards for the PS3?

No there isn't memory cards for the PS3. All of the PS3's come with a built in hard drive and a Memory card isn't needed.

Yes you can buy a memory stick or a SD. They do not come with the PS3 and are not needed unless you want something to backup your game saves.
