Approach the instructor and show him or her your Flickr site and ask what you can do to further your abilities right now. Hopefully, you will be sent in the right direction. You might even get permission to sign up for the class.
Your local college probably has some open enrollment class on photography for the whole community. Check into that.

I don't know about high school classes in your country but over here, the classes are absolutely terrible and the teachers are usually not photographers. The best thing to do is find a qualified and experienced photographer who would be willing to give you private lessons. This may or may not be expensive but it is so absolutely worth it - especially for someone of your talent.
And don't worry about asking so many questions. That's what we're here for and we (pro photographers) really appreciate having good honest questions to answer from someone who is willing to learn and has a passion for photography.
By the way, don't limit yourself to classes. Don't get in the mindset that you can't be any good unless you have official lessons. Learn from other sources as well like reading lots of photography magazines, books and websites. And talk to pro photographers whenever you can.
Keep up your awesome work!

your pictures are really good. well, if you are really serious about photography you could look into a course. I am taking a course at NYIP. you actually do it all at home and they send you the materials & tapes that u need. yes, i am college age so it is a bit different but they have a few different courses that you can choose from. i am taking the complete course in professional photography but they also have one for people that are just wanting to improve some with their skills. you should check it out, its an awesome class. i love it way better than the college that i was attending that only taught film photography.

Your doing great, so don't wait. As others have answered, see if there is a local photography or camera club, and if not hit Barns@ Nobles or some other book store and get a book or two. One I found very informative is 'National Geographic's Photographers Field Guide', it's cheap and jam packed with great tips, tricks, and basic info every photographer needs to know.
Keep taking pics, and plz keep asking/sharing with the YA community.
We're all in this to learn together !

If you are really in the 9th grade, I am truly impressed! I recommend 2 things:
1. Give yourself an assignment (you could even look online at what assignments high schools and colleges are giving to students - look for "photography syllabus")
2. Look at some famous photographers to see how they used composition, light, texture and how they told a story - try Karl Blossfeldt and Ansel Adams for nature, Alfred Stieglitz for industrial, Diane Arbus and Edward Curtis for people.
3. Some real fun that will get you out of a creative rut (if you ever hit one - most artists do) is a pinhole camera. You loose some control over the image. But, it gets really neat.

I learned photography mostly on my own from books and photo magazines. Pick up a bunch of different photo mags every month, and go through them. If one stands out as the most helpful, get a subscription. They often share photo techniques from the pros that you can try. Or go to a library or bookstore and pick out several books on photographic lighting, posing models, using Photoshop, or whatever.

a photo club has been mentioned, we have one here and there are several youngsters who attend, we all learn from each other, there are speakers who come in and share and several members are professionals who are more than willing to give lessons and critiques at meetings.
we go on field trips to shoot (like the flint hills and such). and have shows and booths at art shows.
it is alot of fun and i learn alot more than i can understand at one time....you would do very well in such a group i'm sure.
