I take my pups to my vet for a checkup within 48 hours of bringing them home from the breeder. His contract stipulates that this should be done for our protection and for his. Then I discuss with him what vaccines are needed.

Congrats on the new pup.

I suggest you bring the pupp in to the vets as soon as you get her. In most of teh states in the United States there are Lemon Laws. Most do give you up to 7 days to take the pup to the vets ( this is if the pup is from a breeder or a petshop), If the pup is found unfit for sale you then have most is 3 choices 10 return the pup and get a refund, 2) return the pup and get a replacement pup, and 3) keep the pup and attempt to cure up to the purchase price. It is best to notify the person you got the pup as soon as possibel.
I start pups shots at 6 weeks, wormings at 2,4,6,8,and 10 weeks
some shots vary wehre you live.
most vets give a 5in 1 or 7 in1 callthe vet and aask what they suggest. Most vets give vaccines every 3-4 weeks and they should get 3 boosters then teh rabies at 4 months and if you are going to have the pup spayed or neutered that should be done at 5-6 months

You should take her within 48 hours of bringing her home. Your vet will advise you as to the vaccinations she will need.

She can go to the vet (and should) as soon as you bring her home. You may want to hold off on her vaccinations a couple of weeks to give the mother's antibodies time to disperse so they "take". She'll need all of them, the vet will know which ones are necessary in your area.

I always take my pup the day after I get one to make sure all is well. Most breeders give you 48 hrs to see a vet in case you want to give the pup back due to an illness.. The vet will go over the shot schedule with you.

Bring her right away, the vet will tell you what vaccinations she'll need and when.
