...Already gave a flea bath, he cant even take a few steps without scratching..What else could be wrong, he went to the vet today and every since hes been itching like crazy..He has worms and I'm treating him for those..Please Help!

He's having an allergic reaction.
Contact vet to inform him that perhaps the worm treatment is not agreeing with him.
Don't bath and double dose him on flea medication.
May be worse.

What did the vet give you for the fleas and worms?
The flea bath will not have helped treat the worms, they are useless. You also need to wait 48 hours after bathing before you can apply a proper treatment like Frontline, or the spot-on can't work.
What are you treating him with? Continue working with the vet until your puppy is OK.

He could be allergic to fleas. That means he will itch due to the bite. The flea saliva is irritating his skin. Try some neem pet shampoo. Read this story -

what did they vet say? you should treat him for fleas and give him frontline. then get a flea collar for him to wear if its still there

Try applying unscented lotion or a bath oil made for pets while his coat is damp. Could be dry skin.

possibly has allergies. special dogfood can only buy thru vet. $26 small bag

try combing your puppy with a human lice comb
