What are the loudest speakers you can buy???

I am looking to get speakers for El Camino doors and I was wondering what would be the loudest speakers that any car audio company makes???? Something that everyone know is the loudest speaker???

Jake was on track when he mentioned Focal but the Focal 165 K2P's will be louder than the Polyglass. You would have to do some more modification in order to get the three way set up that Jake suggested. The K2P are a little more expensive than the polyglass series and require a little more power but they will out perform the Focal polyglass components.

Those are necessarily the loudest though. For instance, the phoenix gold Ti Elite will play louder but not sound as good doing so. The RE XXX components will give you a lower bass extension (but by no means will substitute for a subwoofer).

Stick with Focal. You will not be disappointed. The TN 52 tweeter is a work of art!

You could go with the Focal 165v3 which are three-way component speakers, but you're lookin at about $675 a set and you're going to need some custom work done to the doors to make them fit. If you don't want to spend that much then I would suggest Infinity Kappas. Those are the top of the line right now for Infinity and are some of the best out there at a reasonable price. You're looking at about $250 for a good set of components or around $175 without components. They will definately get the job done though. I would also suggest putting a 4-channel amp on whatever you do, you won't regret it. Hope this helps!
