well..you just gotta do it..the worst that can happen is them saying they dont like you back...theres lots of people out there and if they dont like you back then they dont deserve you..you can do so much better =] just go for it...and watever happens happens =]

generally talking to them is a good start --- you can tell by their body language if they are interested
