You'll want to get her to a vet quick, but if you are not going to because of distance, funds or whatever, you can give her benadryl. I AM NOT A VET. I am just a dog owner with a Pit Bull that recently was bitten by fire ants and had a very bad reaction. We gave her two Benadryl while waiting to get her to the Vet. (at least call a Vet to find out about doseage for your dog.) which was equal to 50 mg. Mine weighs 55 lbs. She was sick after the swelling started to go down and then she got hives and had to have a shot of benadryl (strong dose) from the Vet and Pepcid AC for her stomach because she was also throwing up. this is not meant to replace advice from a Vet, but if you truly cannot or will not take your dog to a Vet,at least this could give her a chance to survive what happened to her. Also get her some Pedialyte along with the Pepcid AC if she starts to throw up. I hope your dog will be okay. The Pepcid AC helps with the antihistamine effect as well as settling the stomach.
As far as the eye goes, if you can get some eye wash product that is sterile for humans, you can cleanse her eye area gently. Hope you can get her to a Vet.

No offense or anything but, you should be with your puppy at all times when she is outside. For this reason exactly.
How far away are you? Call the vet and see what he/she says, maybe ask if the vet could come to your house and treat her. Other than that you should see if you can wipe the gunk off and see if you can find the stinger. DO NOT pull it out! That will lead to infection and pink eye. Parvo maybe as well if you haven't vaccinated her. I hope you help your little puppy! Hope she's fine!

So what if you're far away from the vet? Get in the car and take her there! That is part of the responsibility of pet ownership. If your regular (that's a laugh) vet can't see her then take her to the emergency vet. Surely you planned ahead for this sort of problem?! Surely you must have known that sooner or later she would require veterinary care - if for no other reason than an annual checkup and teeth cleaning!

Stop wasting time on the computer fishing for free home remedies and get that dog to the vet. This is her EYESIGHT we are talking about. Just how long have you let this go on?! It is her RIGHT by law to receive proper medical care and to deny it is abuse. Stop wasting time talking to unqualified strangers who have never seen your dog and get going. Get a second job to pay for it if you have to, but get going! If you can afford a monthly cell phone bills, a new pair of shoes, or a pizza, then you can afford a vet visit. And there are vets that will accept monthly payments - which you would know if you'd done your homework BEFORE getting the puppy. This is all part of being a responsible pet owner.

TO THE VET!

Hopefully it did not sting her in the eye, if not put cool rags on or around her face as she will allow, and keep her calm. as long as she doesnt not act sick or too tired and is drinking, she should be o.k. If it does not start looking better in couple hours or overnight def get her to a vet asap...depending on dogs size, u can give them about 1/2 aspirin (50Lbs) for pain and swelling, just aspirin tho, no ibuprofin products, advil, excedrin, just plain Acetemetaphine...a.k.a...asprin.and only give it like every 6-8 hrs...depending on pup size, might not wanna give aspirin or anything with out talking to a vet even over the phone.

I would at least wash its face with warm NOT HOT water and get the gunk out of its eye. Are you sure it got stung and not having a reaction to something else?

This could be a spider bite. I would not wait very long seeing that it's just a puppy. I'd fins an emergency vet or call your local vet they may have 24 hour emergency service.

some vets are open 24 hours. i know that at least they can give you some help over the phone, that is...until you can get the pup to the vet. try calling first!

You should take in to the emergency vet... it sounds pretty serious. It could have been bit by a spider, if it was poisonous enough then it will kill your puppy. Take him to the vet!!
