Girls.. Do you crave chocolate when your on your period?
I know i do .. i also think i am going to gain tons of weight b/c i eat so much
Does anyone have any idea why we crave chocolate when it is our time of the month

I believe women tend to crave sweets around that time, but chocolate really is comforting. It has an effect on the endorphines in our brains. Just pace yourself, savor some small pieces of chocolate. Don't 'eat' it, just let it melt deliciously in your mouth. Make it last as long as you can. It's an art, eating chocolate. :)

I crave chocolate constantly! Pregnancy hasn't changed it, just makes me think more about it and not eat as much.
