He got his license back. He has no charges. Listen, if this is how he handles situations when he is just a little angry, think of what he could do if you tried to report him to his superiors.

Leave this alone. It might not be right, but leave it alone. Blessings

First let me say I come from a family in law enforcement. A retired police officer, retired deputy sheriff and retired prison guard. So I know how hard the job is but there are people that abuse their position, I wasn't there so I don't know and can't judge. I just find the people here that insulted your honesty offensive. I also think if things went that way you should report it. You'll get the answers that way.

You present, very well mind you, the side of the story you see and believe. I have no reason to doubt it; but I can assure you the officer involved see's it differently. I can't say what it was; but I'm sure if asked he will suggest the movement of "your guy" was threatening to him. He doesn't have to prove much more then that. I've been in a situation where I broke a patrons arm with a baton and people around who only saw me swing the baton thought it was for no reason. They didn't see the guy grasp a beer bottle like a club and take it back like he was going to hit me with it.

Absolutely yes, and if I were you I would press charges. According to cops, everything they do is within the guidelines of their training. That includes beating someone senseless and killing a man with a Taser. They teach them to disregard human rights in the academy and that EVERYONE who opposes them is a criminal or a drug addict. They seem to ignore the fact that we, who pay their six figure salaries with our taxes, have every right to observe them in their duty. But what do you suppose would have happened to the guy who video taped the Rodney King assault if they knew he was filming them? Most likely , the man would have simply "disappeared".

The way you tell, there is no doubt that was excessive force. I have been through law enforcement training and that was over the top. I'd report the officer in question, if he's that bad he's more than likely done this before.

i read your story with a pen mind and it is pure bs.no officer does anything like this for no.your entire story sounds made up.go ahead and file a complaint. when the complaint is found to be unfounded you will get charged with a felony for filing a false complaint.

Yes. Why was "your guy" asking "what was happening" if you were the one that called 911? Didn't you already know what was happening. Your story has some major holes and spelling issues. If the story is true (I highly doubt it) then yes. It is excessive force.

since you can't spell, I doubt you can tell the truth from the lies you have come up with.

The facts as you outlined them seem excessive to me.

However, I strongly doubt it happened that way. I wonder what the officer would say if he were asked what happened?
