Just yesterday I received a call from an FBI Guy wanting to interview me about ANOTHER Weed Charge from 4 years ago. I dont know if this is a Test or what..but Even Though my Charge Has Been waivered is Everything going to be fine?

Probably....they are lowering their standards because no one wants to fight the oil war....they will take tokers, people with assault charges and now, even some felons! Plus, drop outs are now encouraged to join.

The few, the proud, indeed!

Woo Hoo!

We can only guess. Here is mine.

If you are in need of a Security Clearance for your MOS the FBI might want to discuss the issue for that reason.

As long as you disclosed everything you have nothing to fear other than some possible admin problems.

The military has a way of sending many copies of all documents. Could also be his file does not include the Waiver. If you have, or can get, a copy of the waiver it could be that simple too.

The key is having told all up front.

Been Cleared by Army (TS) and DOE (S). Not that I ever was told any.

It sounds like you've got a problem telling the truth. Just how many times where you charged? My guess is that you will not get another waiver. They'll put you out of DEP and black-ball you.

I've been in the Navy for 6 years now, the best thing for you to do is BE HONEST. If you lie then you'll run into trouble, be honest tell them yes you smoked weed so what thats all they want to hear, believe me I've interviewed hundreds of people everything is fine till they lie.

If you have waivers for all charges, and gave complete and accurate information to your CO, then you will be fine. If that is not the case you are probably in trouble.

Quit lying to the Navy. If you continue to lie they will not let it slide. They've given you one chance and will most likely give you a waiver tell him the truth.

Not necessarily.

You might want to give serious thought to telling the truth in the Navy.

When you are joining, they do background checks on you. Sounds like you were not very honest from the beginning.

I think you are just fine. It doesn't sound like your CO is too distressed over marijuana charges, especially those that happened four years ago.
