We have a 2004 F-150 and have found it impossible to keep the interior clean. WATER stains the seats, so when we try to spot treat it only makes matters worse. Well, the other day my dumb dog jumped into the car as I was unloading groceries and got mud all over the seats. I waited for the dirt to dry and vacuumed it up but the stains are still there and I'm afraid it will never come out. I would take it in to have the seats shampood but I'm afraid it will be even worse. Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what to do about it?

We have the tan, cloth seats. Sorry, guess I should have mentioned that.

It would help to know what type of seats you have. You can have leather, or the fabric ones, they also have the king ranch with the saddle leather. You could always take the truck into the dealer and see what they have to clean the seats.

Good luck.

well you can take the truck to an auto detailer and if anyone can get the stains out, they can. and then as far as what you can put on it, furniture stores have something called "Scotch guard" it is a water, stain and makes clean-up easier.
Now as far as the "dumb dog" he is only curious, and if he knew better, i am sure he would not have done it, mans best friend and don't want to do anything to upset master.
i hope i helped with the stain problem
