u can use nero cd burner it lets u cut and join audio and video

The easiest way to do it is to just select individual songs from the net or your own Cd's and put them on your computer then burn them on a disk the way you want them.

Use acoustica mixcraft v3 it will help. you can edit, cut and combine many songs.

There are possibly hundreds, did you try google? I use "Audacity", google that or type it in download.com and you'll find it.
