yes i have been entering sweepstakes for over 25 years.the first prize i won was a check for $100 which i entered by mail 5 times.i found it in a magazine it was sponsored by peter paul/cadbury mounds and if i had enclosed a statement printed on the candy along with my name address and zip code they would have doubled my prize but i did not.this i had to mail back a notarized statement showing i did not work for the company or the sweepstakes drawing organization,which i did and a few weeks later i received a check for $100.so then i was hooked.a legitimate sweepstakes or contest will not ask for any money for anything.if you enter a sweepstakes then you have a chance to win but legitimate sweepstakes do not pretend to do random drawings from your e-mail that you did not enter yourself.there are a lot of rip offs out there so be careful.do not buy other country's lottery tickets or even other states unless you drive there and buy the tickets yourself from a real lotto retailer.i subscribe to a legitimate sweepstakes magazine which has been around for many years.it is best sweepstakes newsletter.you can check them out at www bestsweepstakes.com
just be careful and never send money or give personal or banking info to any one.good luck! the biggest prize i won was a new kitchen stove in a second chance sweepstakes.they sent a letter and asked if i wanted electric or gas and shipped it to me within a week .
