it says "send error report" and I do and there isn't any change....it's only windows media player...quicktime and realplayer are fine....and I tried reinstalling...and still no change...what can I do?

I mean, when windows is on a site....sort of like youtube...or news station websites let's say CNN the have video snippets and I would like to watch them...but I can't because I get this error message and firefox must shutdown....but I can always restore session and it does the same thing....I'm not talking about playing movies of music....

Which version of windows media do you have? if you upgrade to the newest version you may not have to many problems.

if it's a dvd or video it most of the time wont work. it also depends on what the song is for. like if doesnt use widoes when you open it and uses some other program the song may not be compatible with it.
