how strange, I just saw one of those reality tv shows on veterinarians, They were treating dogs in the ER.

The first one had an enlarged stomach and it turned out to be a condition where the stomach or intestines become folded or wrapped around themselves causing a blockage which in turn causes back up till the stomach expands. Sometimes only the liquids get through and this explains the diarreah. The solids back up till they don't fit then you have vomiting. This is dangerous cause the stomach can burst.

The 2nd was a dog that was acting "wierd" stumbling or walking into walls and stuff. It turned out to be a neurological problem. The dog had had a stroke which left him a little physically messed up, just like people get strokes and lose their use of a certain side of their body or partial paralysis.

The best thing is to go to the vet. if you can afford it.
