First you need to go back to verse 1. It is referring to the undefiled. Who are the undefiled? Those that believe in Jesus Christ.
Second, in verse 3 that term "iniquity" in Hebrew actually means, perversity.
Third, find out what perversions, who the Judge (God) says that they are (not man) and then you will see if you meet the qualifications that this Psalm is reffering to.
Fourth, in verse 3 " they walk in his way". Jesus said in the Gospel of John, chapter 14, verse 6, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me." (KJV).
THerefore, if you want to be blessed (happy) and want eternal life (John 3:16) then have the Way (Jesus Christ) and follow Him!

Well you first need to start some verses up and read it....when you are trying to understand what the Word of God is saying you need to start at the beginning and read a little below to get the meaning....here:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
119:1 - Blessed [are] the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
119:2 Blessed [are] they that keep his testimonies, [and that] seek him with the whole heart.
119:3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What this means is that the person who keep the testimony of Jesus which is the Spirit of prophecy (Rev 19:10) and lives a life according to his will shall be blessed...It is talking about keeping the 10 Commandments (Rev 12:17/ Rev 19:10)....the 10 Commandments are found in Exodus 20:1-17.....
See it is important to be THOROUGH when reading Gods word and to ask for the Spirit to lead because false people will arise in the last days and try to interpret that verse differently (Matthew 24) so you have got to train yourself to read further and for yourself (that is why I gave you scripture doll)
Furthermore honey,
it is my prayer that you find the church that does follow the Rev 12:17 and Revelations 19:10 because this is the remnant church or the church that will get to heaven. They have got to keep all of the commandments and the testimony of Jesus this includes SABBATH worship...look it up!
Much Love,
Bellamy

You have to put it in the whole context to get the full meaning.
Psalms 119:1 Aleph.
Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD! 2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, 3 who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!
It isn't talking about sinless perfection but about people who wholeheartedly seek to live a life that is pleasing to God. Such people will be blessed both in this life and in the life to come. Walking in his ways today means to follow Jesus, the Word of God who was with and is God. The idea of walking is to live a life that is continually characterized by the behavior described in the first 3 verses.

Jesus was a human who did no wrong. Psalm 119:3 is telling us, that, as Christians, we should strive to do no wrong. We all sin, but we confess our sin, and God will forgive us. Wipe our slate clean, as if we had never sinned. So I believe that this verse is telling us to try not to sin. Follow Jesus with our whole heart. This is not easy, but God did not say, being a Christian will be easy. He will give us the Grace to get through life, though. Hope this helped.

You have asked for "meaning", not what is says. No single verse is written in a vacuum. Every verse is to be understood in the light of every other verse. 1Th 5:21 prove all things; hold fast that which is good; No "blind faith"! While we are doing His commandments there will be times when it seems that things will not work HIS way. Pro 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man; But the end thereof are the ways of death. Pro 16:25 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, But the end thereof are the ways of death. So the verse you are asking the "meaning" of is telling us to remember what we have PROVEN and to do what He commands anyway.

Read verses 1-8 to get the picture. Just 1 verse does not tell the whole story.

You need to read the first two verses. They explain what is talked about in the next verse. Ps 119: 1,2-Blessed are the blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies and that seek him with the whole heart. -then it says- they do no unrighteousness: they walk in his ways. It is refering to why they are blessed and their actions.

You have to read the first three verses together
Happy are people of integrity,
who follow the law of the Lord.
2
Happy are those who obey his decrees
and search for him with all their hearts.
3
They do not compromise with evil,
and they walk only in his paths.

Just keep it in context with the first three verses.
"Happy are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord.
Happy are those who keep his decrees, who seek Him with all their heart ,
who do no wrong, but walk in His ways."
In the Old Testament one would follow the Law of Moses.By offering the proper sin offerings one would become blameless.Their sins would be covered (not taken away until Jesus came and did that on the cross) .One would try their best to walk in the way God wanted them to.Although ,being human, that is impossible.
So be happy, try not to do harm and love God.Try to walk the way He wants us to.That is essentially what it is saying.
