No, you'd need a "do" in there to make it correct: for how much do you believe this apartment should be rented? A better way would be: What do you think would be a reasonable/fair/good rental price for this apartment?

And in England it is a flat, rather than an "apartment", this word is used by Americans, and by English estate agents who think calling a flat an apartment somehow increases its value.

you'd sound like a total priss if you listen to any of these people. This is one of those times when you need to make your english teacher want to die... in 'de facto' usage the correct sentence is "How much do you think this apartment should be rented for?". Ordinarily you should never end a sentence with a preposition, unless it sounds god awful anyway you try to phrase it. This is one of those instances.

apartment." That implies that the apartment
