Generally, this is a sign of malnutrition - it's a sure sign that you've been nothing but junk food (or other "empty" calories). That - and that you are not getting the proper amount of certain vitamins/minerals that your body needs...

Perhaps someone else can provide a more SPECIFIC answer ;);););)
