My polls show 98% to secure the borders and included are Mexican Americans, and folks that it took them over five years to become an America, White, African American, Korean Americans, American Indians, Russian Americans, Nigerian Americans (may not count as he's a doctor), Japanese Americans, rednecks, Yahoo Answer folks and the list goes on.

Scares me.....but just shows majority rules isn't the right answer or a means for a country to rule. We are a republic... not a democracy...because at any given time we may have a majority who doesn't have everyones best interest at heart. The Majority are Christian and it takes 1 to take those rights away. Right now the majority have spoken and they aren't listening.
I say that because it is a misconception that majority always rules. Sometimes they don't.
I must say I detest the ACLU.....and I worry when they (government) have purposly allowed legal and illegal immigration to over-ride and breed out the citizens of this country to where everything can be tossed for a temporary "majority rules" plan. You can't make historical decisions from a brief moment in time. They should be looking at long term results....not short term band-aids..
Either way.....watch and remember. Sometimes the majority are right..........sometimes they aren't........that's what good leaders are supposed to distinguish. I'm watching for a good leader.

No, the ACLU can't decide any issue. They can provide attorneys and file amicus briefs and so forth to help push an issue through the courts, though. And they do, a lot.
