digging for oil, diamonds, gold etc.... polluting the water supplies. cutting down the trees which make our air. the list could go on for ever
and to add to the answer above me its not just the Antichrist's its every one. when you drive your car you are killing the earth. when you use chemicals your killing the earth even some of the trash you throw out destroys the earth. no one can point a finger at any one else we are all to blame.

Chemicals, radiation, biological (germ warfare and genetic engineering) are some off the top of my head. Any of these things could make it bad for life in the future. But Jesus will come back to rule for 1000 years. And the Bible says "I (John) saw a new Heaven and Earth..". So I believe the earth will be renewed somehow.

Satan and the antichrists are obviously those who destroy the earth.
In Revelation 9:11, just a couple chapters back, satan is refered to as Apollyon and that name means destruction.
