can i send a book to my husband who is in bootcamp

i woudlnt send him anything unless you ask him first. if his DI is strict he can get in alot of trouble for something as simple as a book. id definately ask him first. my bf is in boot right now too and i only send him things he asks for

you send the mail to the address with the platoon, company and batallion on it. never the red cross, unless someone is sick or dead.

Wait until he's at his next duty station.
He won't have time to read it, and when he moves, it's just so much extra baggage.

Really, in basic, or boot camp, you are busy every minute, and with what little free time you have, you just want to rest.

if you do, dont send any love stuff because the drill instructors will read it and they will make him do extra pushups and stuff
